- Answers all incoming calls. Directs calls to appropriate person promptly and effeciently. Takes messages off the answering machine (if applicable) and distributes to the appropriate individual.
- Greets all clients coming into the agency in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Receives and processes insurance payments. Balances accounts and reviews all entries for accuracy. Makes any necessary changes.
- Stamps and sorts daily outgoing mail and bimonthly bulk mailings.
- Sorts and mails all client birthday cards on a weekly basis.
- Sends miscellaneous letters - life, birthday, at-risk, etc. - daily.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms. Places orders weekly.
- Prints & distributes all employee calendars every morning.
- Works well with other employees; is a team player with a positive attitude.
